How to set up Opn Tag

After unpacking Opn Tag, you can follow the instructions below to set up your tags.

Step 1 : Enable NFC on your smartphone

Follow the instructions in the links below to enable NFC on your smartphone.

• Enabling NFC for iPhones (iPhone 7 and later models)
• Enabling NFC for Android phones

Step 2 : Download Opn Tag application

To manage your tags, download Opn Tag application to your smartphone by tapping the download buttons below.

Step 3 : Sign in with your business profile and enable Opn Tag

Create or sign in with your Opn Me account and choose your business profile.

Step 4 : Add a tag to your business

   Choose Tags menu, then tap the Add button to add a new tag.

   When the Ready to Scan screen appears, tap your phone on the tag.

   Your tag will be added. You can name the tag to easily identify them later.

Step 5 : Assign an existing flow to added tags

   Tap Connect button on Tag Details page.

   Choose an existing flow to assign to this tag. If you don’t have any created flows, see how to create a flow.

How to create a flow

A flow is a designated pathway your customers will go through after scanning the Tag. You can easily create and customize your flows on Opn Tag application.

   Select Flows menu, then tap Create button to create a flow.

   Choose a flow type and a theme, then name the flow.

3. 3

   Once the flow is created, connect it to a tag by selecting Tags and tapping Add.

   Complete your flow with information and contents.

How to connect tags to a flow

Once you have created a flow, you can connect your tags to it.

Connect a flow to a new tag

   Choose Flows menu, then select a flow you want to connect.

   Tap Add button to add a new tag.

   Tap your phone on the designated tag when the Ready to Scan screen appears.

How to configure shop information

You can add details about your shop to help users understand more about your store, i.e., your products or services, business time, etc.

   Choose Main menu then tap the Settings button or tap the header to edit your shop information.

   Fill in your shop information and tap Update shop information to save.
